We love our pets and are always on the lookout for ways to improve their lives through the products and information we have access to.

We're all tired of bad service.
Think of us as a Jack Russell...small on the outside but with the heart of a Rottweiler. We don't want outside poor service delivery levels to be passed onto you, which is why we aim to have as many of our products stocked in our store room as possible. As we grow, the number of ranges kept in stock 24/7 will grow - so stick with us!

Delivery and Pricing
1 - Do you deliver to my area?
If you live within our SA borders then we'll high speed your goodies to you! We make use of the SA Post Office as well as Fastway Couriers*. Turn around time is dependant on your area and delivery option chosen.
*Only orders under 3kgs can only be sent via the Post Office.
2 - How many of my hard-earned SA Ronts do I need to shell out for delivery?
R35. Yip that's it, we'll send your goodies off to you, by your chosen delivery method, for R35 bucks.
3 - When will my goodies arrive & what do I do if they haven't?
When estimating your parcel delivery day remember to take note of the product's individual dispatch time (if applicable). We aim to have as many of our products as possible in stock and available for same day dispatch. Some times we need to order in especially for you - the estimated time for us to receive the stock is noted invidually on each product's page. We like to keep you in the loop of your order's progress, so please ensure you provide us with an email address you view daily... not the one you give out for potential spam ;)
Unfortunately we cannot instruct our courier partners on specific delivery times during the day. We can place a request with them but sometimes they are not always able to accomodate us due to their delivery shedules.
Gauteng orders are typically delivered within 24-36 hours with other areas and provinces carrying a 2-3 day dispatch.
4 - African Orders
We currently drop off orders at the airport cargo section for one of our favourite customers across the stream in Zanzibar. If you can organise the freight from SA to your country, just let us know the drop-off or collection point and your order will be packed and ready to go.
5 - International Orders
Let's put it this way, the quotes we've received to send orders to the USA and Europe have stopped our hearts and taken years off our lives. If you'd like to get a quote from within your country, we'll pack your order as microscopically as possible and send you the volumetrics and actual weight. If it's a go just let us know where to drop off your order or if it will be collected from us.
