Meeting Packs are hosted on a website that has a site builder which includes a communicator builder. When built the communicator can be found on the internet at a URL. Communicator URLs are listed in the Admin Panel on the Link & List Communicator page. The Link and List Communicator page in the Admin Panel has a schedule of all communicators plus the URLs for each. The Admin Panel is managed by a Site Administrator.
Access to communicators can be restricted to users with the correct password. Where password access is activated users will have to be sent the password and the URL (website address) for the Meeting Pack Communicator.
Access controls can be layered and each layer can be independently activated. As an example the entire meeting site can be password controlled. Once access to the site has been gained then communicators, content pages and meeting rooms can be set behind passwords. Thus a user may require one or more passwords eg A site password, a communicator password and a password for each content page.
