Power, Cleaning and Servicing Guideline - We aim to offer high housekeeping standards. - This guideline sets out our regular service offering. - We will meet special needs as an optional extra by arrangement and availability. Bed Linen: All bed linen is changed before check-in and is changed weekly. The Loft and Guest Suite beds are made daily. The Bed Quilt is dry-cleaned when required. Two single bed throws, plus one in the Guest Suite plus one double bed throw, are washed before arrival. Blankets are available upon request. Bathroom: A bath sheet, bath towel, hand towel, facecloth, shower mat and toilet mat are changed before check-in and are changed on a weekly basis for the Loft and for the Guest Suite. Pool towels are available upon request. Bathroom Toiletries: A Shampoo Dispenser, Conditioner Dispenser, and Hand/Body Wash Dispenser are available in the Loft and Guest Suite bathrooms that is refreshed before arrival. Kitchen: Crockery, Cutlery and Cooking Utensils that have been used are washed and put away during the daily room service. |
