The Content Management System sends out e-mail in a variety of instances that include:
- Notifications of a new user post to a discussion forum to a defined list of recipients.
- E-mail sent by way of the Bulk e-mailer
The e-mail signature at the foot of these notices is by default the hub e-mail signature. In the Members Portal within the Edit Website Contents page Sellers may create their own e-mail signature for use by the CMS. If this is done, then the e-mail is from the Website Owner/Seller to a Buyer carries an e-mail signature customised by the Seller. If the e-mail is to the Seller from the Hub CMS then it will carry the Hub e-mail signature.
