I have been a chef most of my life but in essence I am an artist with a love of baking and I consider my work to be an art form that enables me to create beautiful, exclusive and personal designs that will form the centre piece and talking point of a client's special occasion. It is important to me to work closely with my customers so that any ideas can be enhanced and the perfect cake is made to suit their requirements, reflecting individual style and personality.
Quality is of the highest importance to me, which is why all of my cakes are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients. My cakes are remembered for their delicious taste as well as their appearance.
