DEBT RECOVERY
in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, we are registered members of the Debt Collection Council of South Africa, as well as proud members of the Association for Debt Recovery Agents, (ADRA). We might be a young company, but we pride ourselves in the fact that we provide a professional and reliable service and inform our clients of the National Credit Act and how it affects their relationship with their debtors, whether consumer or corporate.
Our goal is to provide your business with the benefit of reduced bad debt by implementing sound advice regarding debtor procedure, collection and administration processes. Poor enforcement of any process can result in major financial losses, resulting in abnormally difficult and sometimes impossible debt to recover.
All collections will be done on a no collection – no fee basis. Our commission is structured accordingly depending on the outstanding period and nature of the debt. We are well connected to long established legal firms that assist us with legal due process as well as tracing services. Some outstanding debt may despite our best efforts, require legal action to recover. However, our process will lay the basis for such legal action, should this be required.
We pride ourselves on delivering honest, ethical service that our clients, small and large, depend on. We also seek long term relationships that are mutually beneficial.
SHE CONSULTING
Within our Association, we provide a service to companies who require implementation, assistance and/or maintenance of SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) systems. By implementation & legal compliance, we can improve your company performance, enhance your company image, as well as eliminate the risk of legal non-compliance.
