Our couriers normally collect and deliver other consignments while they are delivering yours but if your delivery is extremely urgent for an extra charge you can request a dedicated vehicle which will deliver as fast as traffic, safety and the laws of physics will allow.
Generally, this is where a vehicle is booked to collect goods from point A to point B and is considered to be the most reliable because the person collecting the goods will always be the person delivering. This service is known as a dedicated service and charged per kilometer.
We recommend using this service when delivery is vital and contains documents or goods that have a substantial value attached.
NEXT DAY SERVICE
Documents and Parcels delivered by close of next business day. Your goods travel with other parcels and will change hands before reaching the desired destination. Charges are by time and weight and not necessarily by the distance the parcel travels. We charge this service by delivery time as you can request a delivery be made at certain time frames. Earlier deliveries attract a more expensive charge.
TWO DAY DELIVERY SERVICE
Payment can be made online and the Parcel or documents will be collected from you and delivered to the recipients address. Because all freight is transported by road, traffic and adverse weather conditions can cause delays.
TWO DAY DELIVERY SERVICE FOR LARGER CONSIGNMENTS
You can send larger items which are outside the size limits of our standard services. Extended delivery times might apply for outlying areas.
