The 12 Decades Johannesburg Art hotel chronicalling the history of Johannesburg from 1886- 2006 with rooms designed and conceptualised by some of South Africa’s most celebrated artists and designers.
Situated in the heart of Johannesburg CBD, in the newly developed cultural Precinct, Maboneng, our hotel in Johannesburg is a perfect recreation and business destination.
FACILITIES
NEIGHBOURHOOD CONCEIRGE
 The Neighbourhood conceirge combines conceirge and guest relations, giving visitors to the precinct personal insight into Maboneng, offering in the know advice and facilitating introductions in the community.
ROOFTOP BOXING GYM
 The rooftop boxing gym provides a space for a full workout. Complete with Boxing and weight training equipment, the gym is open from 7am until 10pm.
Boxing classes with championship boxer, George Khosi, take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
RESTAURANTS AND BARS
 The 12 Decades Hotel is a self catering hotel. Utensils and facilities are provided, however, there are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. For Dining out, one can choose from restaurants with Live Entertainment on the ground floor of Main Street Life or relax in the courtyard at Canteen at Arts on Main.
SPA AND MEDITATION AREA
 COCOON: SPA, YOGA AND HEALING
Cocoon, our very own city spa retreat, is located right next door to the 12 Decades Hotel in The Main Change Building. Offering Daily Yoga; Breath work & meditation; Spa therapies & energy healing; an Integrated medical practitioner; nutritional consults; and a natural health pharmacy, Cocoon provides you with a space where you can unwind right in the heart of the City.
COLLABORATIVE WORKSPACE
 Open provides collaborative workspaces for small companies, freelancers and business travelers.
OPEN offers daily, weekly and monthly rates and gives users access to high end facilities such as high speed internet, printing facilities, state of the art boardroom facilities as well as a 9 hole putting green.
CONFERENCING
 There are several options for conferencing venues depending on the size of the group.
Chalkboard Collaboration Cafe provides an ideal spot for Brainstorming Sessions.
The Bioscope can be hired out for conferences for groups of up to 67 guests and is complete with Audio Visual presentation equipment.
For larger groups, the Arts on Main event space can accommodate up to 400 guests, seated conference style.
