Sameday Express Services – Southgate Couriers offers a Sameday Express service that will allow you to send shipments to any major center in South Africa, on the same day as collection. For sameday deliveries between major centers we rely on flight availability from our local airlines.
Overnight Express Services – Southgate Couriers offers an Overnight Express service from anywhere in South Africa with delivery by 10h30 the following business day. This service is available between major centers and within a 30km radius of the major center.
Next Day Service – The Southgate Couriers Next Day service is designed for the less urgent, heavier shipments. Delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours.
Domestic Road Freight Service – The Southgate Couriers Domestic Road freight service is designed for non urgent, bulky or heavy shipments. Delivery time is between 48 and 96 hours.
In-City Sameday Service – Southgate Couriers offers an In-City Sameday Service and employs dedicated drivers to facilitate your deliveries within an hour or two.
Saturday AM Service - Saturday AM service to major centers only. Collections and deliveries are done between 08h00 and 12h00.
Domestic Road Freight Service – The Southgate Courier Services Domestic Roadfreight service is designed for non urgent, bulky or heavy shipments. Delivery time is between 48 and 96 hours.
Saturday PM, Sunday & Public Holidays - Saturday PM and Public Holiday Service to major centers only. Collections and deliveries are done after 12h00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Consulates & Embassies – This service facilitates the collections and deliveries to and from consulates and embassies.

International Documents Express Service / International Parcel Express Service / International Airfreight and Import Express Courier Services.
We at Southgate Courier Services offer the full range of International courier services – these include.
International Documents Express Service – The Southgate Couriers International Documents service facilitates the delivery of non-declarable outbound shipments. Documents are defined as “unbound printed paper”. This includes shipping documents, letters, reports, proposals, memos, etc. These shipments do not require an origin or value declaration at customs.
International Small Parcel Express Service – The Southgate Couriers International Small Parcel service is designed for sending important small parcels and should be used for shipments weighing 32.0kgs and less. These shipments require commercial / pro-forma invoices and other related paperwork based on their value, commodity and destination.
Import Express Services – The Import Express services allows you the door-to-door / door-to-terminal delivery of declarable and non-declarable inbound shipments from other countries. Shipments exceeding a ZAR500 value will be considered high value by the department of Customs & Excise.
International Airfreight Service – The International Airfreight service is designed to facilitate the door-to-door / door-to-terminal delivery of declarable shipments weighing 32.0kgs and more. These shipments require commercial / pro-forma invoices and other related paperwork based on their value, commodity and destination.
International Road freight Service – The Cross border road freight service to neighboring countries is a more cost effective alternative for heavier, less time sensitive consignments. Southgate Couriers offers a cross border service to: Botswana, Swaziland, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho. Transit times are again dependent upon final destination and customs clearance at destination. Tariffs for this service are available on request.
